Can anything be done?

My thyroid tests keep coming back "normal" as I am told but my TPOab test came back at 343. The doctor that I am seeing now said that she is going to do nothing because the thyroid test came back "normal" and it doesn't matter how many of the symptoms I am having. I just need to know if something can be done before I go and spend more money just to be told that my test is "normal" and we won't do anything until it is no longer "normal". I am living with constant fatigue, extremely dry skin, depression, brain fog, intolerance to cold, weight gain...... I don't like living like this. Please help.
