Can thyroid deficiency or too much thyroid cause pain in the hands? My cousin has pain in the hands and her diagnosis was involving her thyroid. My son has pain in his hands (works hard with the hands) but still I'm curious if it might be related to thyroid. |

I have hasimoto's disease & half my thyroid removed, im on meds but the last couple days i have been very tired, cold and my eyes, lips & hands are swollen, my thyroid dr is out of town & his secretary told me that my thyroid would not make my eyes swell, i think she is wrong.
