Does thyroid problems cause acne

Do I have a thyroid problem. I have all the symptoms I just wondered if thyroid problems caused you to get acne. My fingernails have started to split down the centers from the cuticals to end of my nails. I can not stand the cold, I stay cold all the time if, it is 80 degrees in the house I am cuffered up. I get ill real guickly, I stay ill most of the time. I do not sleep good. I toss and turn all during the night. I wake up every other hour. I have swelling of the hands and fingers. My ams and legs ache mostly at night. My legs get really restless before bedtime. My hair is brital it comes out by the hand fulls. I have no patience at all. My monthly cycle only last one or two days at the most I never have it at the same time every month. I stay tired all the time I never fill like doing anything, I keep a headache. I have recently notice my eye site is not as good. Although I have not lost or gained weight I fell that there is something wrong I never used to be this way. It has gradually gotten worse after my third child. I am only 29 and I fill like I am 70 sometimes.
