Fear of staying in house alone and at night time even when we r home

10 1/2 yr old shiba inu starting June 23rd, 2010, he had 2 seizures within 10 minutes they were not long seizures. slowly he started to have anxiety fits...he is an indoor dog, goes out to bathroom and catch some sun, hates being out when dark.
Now he won't stay in house alone and at night time he whines and scratches door to get out of house and he tries very hard to get out of yard. lucky we have fence in yard bit tries to run away from house. it is like he has done a 360 turn around. needs to be near me all the time to feel safe i guess.
brought to vets for cdc tests, 2 physicals, and thyroid tests,he is in very good condition, no thyroid problems, no ear infection. vet doesn't know y he is acting opposite personality. he suggest behavioral therapy.
tonight I had 1 hr session with animal communicator and she is stumpted to see y he is acting this way. she suggest accupuntur reiki and holistic meds.
