Hi,
I am 21 years old.
I discovered my thyroid 2 years ago and my thyroid level has come to normal.
I have been loosing massive hair for last many months.
I had full grown hair and now i do have good amount of hair but have lost from the front sides.
I was wondering if anyone has tried Natural well Being pills for Hair Regrowth.
If anyone can guide me, It will be great.

Hair loss is a common symptom of hypothyroidism. If your hair is still not growing back as it should, contact your doctor. Thyroid hormone levels should be routinely tested to determine if you may need a change in medication dosage. Most patients are prescribed levothyroxine, (synthroid), as a replacement for T-4 thyroid hormone. For a small number of patients, the synthetic hormone can actually cause hair loss. If so, the patient should be prescribed a T-4/T-3 natural thyroid hormone replacement such as Thyrolar or Armour, (not a synthetic).

You might want to try the following supplements to promote hair growth: a multivitamin containing iron, a lysine supplement and a combination Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid supplement. People with hypothyroidism often have deficiencies that will inhibit hair growth. A healthy balanced diet is essential. (I am not familiar with the Natural Wellbeing pills for hair regrowth so I could not comment on the product). Good luck.

Thank you for your response, nshah1118. I do have hypothyroidism as well so I understand the issue. Hair loss can be reversed and do be aware as the daylight hours get shorter, (June 21-December 21), this will be the period of faster hair growth, (especially in autumn). Now is a good time to have your thyroid levels retested and to start on a healthy diet with the suggested supplements. I hope you see an improvement very soon.
