I am tired all the time and used to be a long distance runner. i'm only 18! whats wrong with me? i am 18 years old and used to be an extremely active long distance runner. i always feel tired, get nauseous feelings in my face and head, and get very bad headaches. also my legs hurt whenever i try to do something active. I've had blood tests, and don't have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, or thyroid problems. |

Chronique fatigue or fibromyalgia are not detectable by means of blood analysis. It is diagnosed through a collection of simptoms, and by what you said, it might or not be the case. You should consult a CFS expert. My knowledge on this matter is because I actually suffer of CF sindrome.

You may want to see a specialist like a neurologist. They can probably help by doing diagnostic testing. You also may want to have an MRI of the body and they can pretty much see everything going on in your body. I went to get an MRI for hip problems and it picked up ovarian cysts that I knew nothing of. So I really hope this helps.
