I feel nauseous in morning then the rest of day im usually weak,tired,shakey,some gas,some headaches,sore body I thought i may have been pregnant,and its around the time i get my period but i took a pregnancy test and its negative.i also thoughtmaybe it had something to do with my underactive thyroid,but it just started happening within two weeks ago.my nauseousness is when i first wake up in the morning it usually goes away but it comes back throughout the day.im 23years old,i have a 19month old so im really desperate to find out whats up and fix it because its making it so much more difficult to be runni ng around all day after her.please someone help |
