I have high levels of protein and calcium in my blood what should I do? My doctor just informed me that my thyroid test came back calcium level of 10.8 and a 8.9 level of calcium what does this mean? |

It sounds 2 me like a dietary imbalance. i'd try 2 change my diet & eat less of whatever u eat, & more of other healthy foods. we all need a certain amt of vitamins/minerals each day. getting 2 much of 1 & not others can eventually harm our bodies.
i have an elderly friend who eats ONLY chicken, corn, & mashed potatoes. i dunno HOW he survives on such a lousy diet, but he's ALWAYS hurting. due 2 his meds, he must eat a banana each morning. i h8 2 b him, as he ALWAYS feels so miserable
