I've had an underactive thyroid and started taking Armour thyroid when a teenager. I am now 71 and taking 90 mg, down from 120 mg. My thyroid gland has shrunken due to it not working. Presently, Armour thyroid has become unavailable in 90 or 30 mgs. Can I help my thyroid by taking Iodine with Iodide?

I was also on Armour Thyro. but there is another product that you can use. I live in Mississippi and my Dr is Dr Mary out of New Orleans. He is a certified Internist but he practices a more natural medicine. He has a product that he sells through his office. This is his phone # 504-833-4338.
