Is it her taste buds or loss of smell or what

Kitter’s 2010 Health Issue Summary

I have a 15 year old diabetic cat since 2004. Use to take 3 units of insulin twice a day--dropped down to 1 unit last fall--2009. In March 2010, discovered under active thyroid problem (she gets 2 ½ mg twice a day) and she needed to increase insulin –tried 2 units and had to go to 3 units twice a day. Thought I would have to go to 4 units but after another check my vet decided we did not need to (this last check was the first week in May). I had blood work (slight problem with urine) but no need for medicine and had X-rays for kidneys and liver--all fine. She is still urinating a lot.

I am force feeding AD canned food--enough to process insulin—about 6 tsp each time.

I am a certified Healing Touch for Animals Practitioner and Medical Intuitive for animals. Using the techniques I learned, I believe she has lost her smell and it is affecting her taste buds. I had a second opinion from an individual with the same credentials using both alternative modalities and the other person only found an issue with her taste buds.

She has always been loveable but is no longer purring when she is being p
