What does this mean? Thyroid ultrasound Right lobe measures2.0 x 4.7 x 1.2cm in size contains a isoechoic nodule measuring about 5mm in greatest dimension within the central lobe. The left lobe measures approximately 1.5 x 5.0 x 1.1cm in size it contains a relatively hypoechoic nodule measuring up to about 7mm in dimension in the superior of the gland. Impression bilateral thyroid nodule suggesting a multinodular goiter. |
