An endocrinologist. Go to your regular doc, though, for a referral!

Your regular doctor can give you the blood test, interpret the numbers, and prescribe medication. If that gets your thyroid under control, then you may not even have a need for an endocrinologist. I have Hasimoto's Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism and it is under control and I have never seen an endocrinologist.
